per 6 month listing agreement
- Contact all parties and introduce our role in the transaction as your Personal Listing Facilitator.
- Ensure all listing documents are complete and fully executed
- Upload all documents to transaction management software
- Install Sign
- Coordinate Photography and meet with Professional of Your choice
- Input data and pictures in MLS for agent approval - local (HAR if member).
- Update CMA weekly
- Call client on behalf of agent weekly - or remind you if preferred
- Setup Supra online lockbox assignment
- Follow up with agents to request feedback up to 1 call, 2 email and 2 text requests per each showing
- Make sure that all disclosures and reports have been provided and ensure all signatures, initials and dates have been completed.
- Maintain weekly contact with all parties involved for status updates as well as items needing attention or that are outstanding.
