I recently met a businessman who grew his business and then sold it to retire in his early 40's. When inquired about his success, he said his business was successful because he intended for it to be. That sounded a bit arrogant, so I inquired further. "You have to design your business and your life for success," he said. "If you have a vision for the outcome you want, you make a plan to get there, and you are intentional and proactive each day with that plan, you are guaranteed success." He lives that out not only in business, but in how he raised his children. This week, I encourage you to visualize the desired outcome for your children or business, make a plan to get there, and fight the good fight until you've succeeded.
